Heather Cox

Originally from Sydney, Australia Heather has traveled the world. Settling for periods of time in Tokyo and London and now splits her time between New York City, The Hamptons and Sydney.

Her interest in health and wellness started at a very young age and her philosophy on food has evolved from being a strict vegan at 17 to now eating fish, eggs and occasionally dairy with the attitude that what matters most is knowing where you food comes from and eating REAL food. Heather runs the popular site EatRealFoodNYC.com and is the founder of the women's only Treehouse Retreats.
