Claudia Lee is a multimedia storyteller and journalist. She specializes in articles about sustainability, public health, and food systems. Claudia is also a contributor to publications including the BBC and Food Unfolded. She graduated with a Law Degree from the University of Hong Kong, and holds a Certificate of Business Sustainability Management from The University of Cambridge. Claudia is also a SOMA Breath certified breathwork instructor.
