Steph Creaturo
Steph Creaturo co-founded Mala Yoga in 2007 because she was passionate about creating a yoga studio where people could feel comfortable taking their first yoga class and excited to come back for their second. Fast-forward to today: Mala is a well-established studio with a strong community vibe and as much laughter as there is attention to alignment. A lifelong runner, Steph created Mala's Yoga for Runners program in 2012, combining yoga, kinesiology, and personal training to provide runners with holistic cross-training and "prehab" to support their running practices. She has been teaching for 11 years and lives, works, and runs in Brooklyn, NY.
