Maggie Ruvoldt
Co-Founder of Eve Was Framed
Maggie Ruvoldt is the Co-Founder of Eve Was Framed, a media company focused on women’s health with a mission to empower women to learn about their bodies and health, and dedicated to putting control of women’s health into their own hands.
The core of Maggie’s drive for women’s health comes from her own decades-long experience as an MS warrior and from watching her mother battle early-onset Alzheimer’s. After nearly 30 years in human resources and business operations including as a C-suite executive, Maggie co-founded Eve Was Framed to answer the question “Where’s my sex education 2.0?”
Maggie believes women’s health has been too narrowly defined, female bodies have been excluded from medical research for too long, and we’ve been taught to be uncomfortable talking about health-related topics. Readers join Maggie and her co-founder on a journey into a variety of topics each week and come away more knowledgeable and better equipped to discuss their health with providers, family, and friends.
