Dr. Kaitlin Harkess is a clinical psychologist, author, speaker, registered meditation coach, and senior yoga instructor who supports embodied healing through the integration of modern talk therapy with somatic approaches. She completed award-winning research on the psychoneuroimmunological impact of a yoga practice for chronic stress at The University of Adelaide. Dr. Kaitlin hosts the Wisdom for Wellbeing podcast and is the founder of the holistic therapy practice of the same name.
