Asia Rosso is a Registered Dietician with a focus on Functional Nutrition and Biohacking for Women. She was born in Bologna and raised in Bassano del Grappa, a small town in northern Italy. She holds a bachelor's degree in nutritional sciences from Boston University and a master's degree in clinical nutrition from New York University, where she completed a 1200-hour clinical training program at Montefiore Medical Center.
She began her career as a Clinical Dietitian, focusing on acute care at Lenox Hill Hospital in the Upper East Side of New York City. Today, she runs her own private practice, focusing on Functional Nutrition and Biohacking for Women. She's spent the last 10 years, researching the ultimate wellness ‘formula’. Her journey led her to understand how we can use food, herbs, and other wellness practices to affect our biology. Her mission? To help women level up their health journey, transforming their body and mind from the inside out.
