This vanilla chia pudding is one my favorite treats, and it's a hit at Mulberry & Vine where I'm Chef. I love serving it to friends and family, and they can never believe how simple it is to make. It's just chia, almond milk, sea salt, and a touch of maple syrup—filling, all-natural, and totally good for you.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 4 cups unsweetened, plain almond milk
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
1. Whisk all together in a large mixing bow
2. Cover and refrigerate 4 hrs or overnight.
3. Stir to mix and serve with cut seasonal fruit
Enjoy!
