When it comes to constructing the perfect smoothie, no one does it better than best-selling author, celebrity nutritionist, and mbg class instructor Kelly LeVeque. Luckily, her philosophy is also refreshingly simple: Always include greens, healthy protein and fat, and plenty of fiber, which will keep your blood sugar balanced and your metabolism working at optimal capacity as you move through your day.*
But sadly, even with this helpful formula, it can be easy to fall into the trap of making the same smoothie every day. And no matter how delicious the recipe seemed on day one, by day 16 you’re probably not feeling all that inspired by it. Luckily, Kelly teamed up with NOW to create three smoothie recipes that are perfect for summer, full of high-quality ingredients, and help us keep things interesting so that we never get bored.
