People come to yoga for many reasons - stress reduction, pain relief, or a desire to improve health ... But this is definitely a new one...

Back in March, James Cameron went almost seven miles deep in the ocean while somehow fitting himself in a 43-inch underwater sphere.

So how did the 6'2" director fit into such a small space?

Yoga! That's right. Cameron credited yoga for his amazing contortionist feat.

On a panel discussion yesterday. Business Insider reports that Holly Bik, a postdoctoral researcher in marine genomics at the University of California Davis was at the event and tweeted a direct quote from Cameron yesterday.
