Adding a delicious scent to your space is one of the fastest ways to flip a bad day around, create ambiance, and even make events more memorable.
In feng shui, rich sensory experiences make good vibes flow and create a space that's magnetic to every kind of abundance!
Aromatherapy used to intimidate me — staring at a display of hundreds of tiny bottles with exotic names and properties was overwhelming and I didn't really know where to start. Then I realized that all the yummy scents I could ever need were already in the aisles of my local grocery store.
Using fresh citrus like grapefruit immediately brightens any kitchen. The scent of fresh lemons has an incredibly calming effect on the body and the hot water and lemon drink we all love has far more sensory value than we realize.
Combining apples and spices is an ancient way to help your mind stay open to inspiration and overcome creative blocks. Yet another reason to make fresh applesauce this fall!
You can use herbs and spices to create unique scents that are delicious and game-changing. Adding some simple oils to the mix will blanket your home in layers of new moods and moments of greatness.
