Here's my go to for a quick and easy snack attack!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1-2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (I use a special blend from my naturopath doctor, but any will do!)
- 1 teaspoon superfruit blend
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
Directions:
Soak chia seeds in 1 cup of water or milk (almond or coconut) overnight, or until seeds gel up.
Stir in protein and superfruit powder, add more water or milk to achieve desired consistency.
Sprinkle with bee pollen.
Enjoy!
